SHIPPING & RETURNS
We work with DHL for delivery of orders all around the world. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, once you enter the shipping address; it is based on your location and volumetric weight of your selection. Once you submit your order, the total includes shipping and the total cost of items purchased. We offer free shipment for all orders above 300$.
We would like to clarify that our product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties applied outside of Lebanon. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes potentially levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we have excluded these charges from all invoices issued from our website.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your order as well as a tracking number to monitor its progress. At any time during delivery, we will be your point of reference, ready to respond to your concerns and offer you support throughout the procedure. Do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return or refund, within 7 days from the day you received your purchased product.
Items can be returned if the merchandise is in the exact condition in which it was shipped. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and custom duties. Once the item is received at Vanina's Studio in Beirut, the cost of the product will be refunded. Kindly note that if you had initially benefitted from a free shipping offer, the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount refunded. You will receive an email from Vanina's team confirming that the product you wish to return has been received in good condition and that your refund has been processed. Please allow 5-10 business days from the time we receive the product for the refund to be processed from our end.
The exchange shipment cost and custom duties (back and forth) are the responsibility of the customer. In our email communication with you, you will inform us which product you would like to exchange the purchased item with. The cost difference between the product previously bought and the new one chosen will either be refunded (if the new item selected is less expensive) or charged to the customer (if the new item selected is more expensive).
