We recommend avoiding perfume and water on all jewels, particularly our gold-plated ones. 

APPAREL

It is recommended that all garments get professionally dry-cleaned.

Pleated textiles shouldn't be ironed or steamed, to keep their nice folds. 

ACCESSORIES

To keep the nice color of the leather pieces, we recommend avoiding exposing them for a long time in the sun.

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for all orders above USD400.

Orders placed on the website can take 2 to 8 business days to be processed before dispatch with DHL. 

The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, once you enter the shipping address; it is based on your location and volumetric weight of your selection.

TARIFFS AND CUSTOM DUTIES

International shipments might be subject to custom duties, taxes, and import fees as determined by local authorities. These charges are not included in the order total and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we have excluded these charges from all invoices issued from our website.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 15 days from the delivery date in the items' original conditions, unworn with the dust bag, and tags.

As the recipient, you are liable to cover the cost of shipping back to our warehouse in Beirut.
